Immaculate Rooms and Stellar Service!
convenient access really good service
The location worked well, especially with the convenient access to the subway. The staff members provided really good service. They always greeted me with a smile and helpful suggestions. I received water bottles and snacks upon arrival. The team ensured everything ran smoothly, and I felt very welcome .
The absence of coffee and tea setup inside the room was inconvenient. I would have appreciated this amenity. This would greatly enhance the convenience, especially for early mornings or late nights. I hope management considers adding this .

superb location and friendly staff
excellent location friendly staff professional staff clean rooms
i found the location to be excellent, especially its proximity to public transportation. the team offsites held here went smoothly. every staff member i encountered was friendly and professional. the meeting facilities met our needs, guest rooms were quiet. they were very clean..
i thought the temperature dropped quite a bit one day. the room became quite cold. engineering came, but the issue was not resolved, unfortunate.

the room was spacious and well-kept, with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i had a king-size bed that was very comfortable and included premium bedding. the room also featured a large flat-screen television. complimentary high-speed wi-fi.

the staff was very attentive, particularly in the lobby area. i also noticed they offered refillable water bottles, which i found very useful. furthermore, snacks were available at the front desk, with a convenient option for a quick treat.

My stay included a suite upgrade from the standard room. it offered ample space and comfort. The beds were great. i appreciated the provided refillable water flasks available. free coffee was on tap.
the free coffee ran out a few minutes before 10 am and was not refilled.
